Mexico is one of them. The implementation of legal instruments allows the Government to build a fiscal on environmental impacts and regional developments. In 2014 the Congress of the Union approved various provisions on mining rights, highlighting additions to articles 271 and 275 of the Federal Law of Rights in order to support the mining communities. This is how the Fund for the Sustainable Regional Development of Mining States and Municipalities was implemented, which objective is to raise the quality of life of the inhabitants of the mining extraction zones. This research will carry out a series of legal and social reflections on exercise and distribution of the Mining Fund as a reward for the mining communities in the country through social impact works as well as the analysis of integration and authority of the Regional Development Committee for the involved areas under a scheme of effective citizen participation.; A partir de los noventa diversas naciones de América Latina se dieron a la tarea de actualizar y adaptar sus legislaciones mineras en dos grandes vertientes: garantizar jurídicamente un desarrollo sustentable y vigilar con mayor énfasis las inversiones en el ramo para regular los diversos impactos que generan las empresas que se encuentran asentadas en determinadas localidades. México es uno de ellos. La aplicación de instrumentos legales permite a la autoridad gubernamental construir una plataforma fiscal en impactos ambientales y de desarrollo regional. El Congreso de la Unión aprobó en 2014 diversas disposiciones de derechos sobre minería, destacando adiciones a los artículos 271 y 275 de la Ley Federal de Derechos con la finalidad de apoyar a comunidades mineras. Se implementó el Fondo para el Desarrollo Regional Sustentable de estados y municipios mineros cuyo objetivo es elevar la calidad de vida de habitantes de las zonas de extracción minera. One of the tools that have taken importance in organizations is the documentation of good practices or lessons learned, this with the benefit of learning from past experiences enabling the creation of new useful knowledge in new methods or processes. Given the need for improvement that organizations have, the objective of this paper is to propose a strategy that facilitates the capture of lessons learned and good practices in a software development company. Due to the situation existing in the study organization, a methodology was developed and implemented that included identifying experts in the organizational processes; design a structure that facilitates the capture of lessons learned and good practices; and implement the structure designed in the employees of the organization. As a main result, the record of successes, failures or experiences that allowed the creation of good practices and lessons learned was obtained, being useful for the improvement of work activities within the study organization.; Muchas organizaciones para mejorar sus servicios o productos han optado por herramientas que les brinden una ventaja competitiva o que les permitan realizar sus procesos más eficientemente. Una de las herramientas que han tomado importancia en las organizaciones es el registro de buenas prácticas o lecciones aprendidas, esto con el beneficio de que aprendan de experiencias pasadas posibilitando la creación de nuevo conocimiento útil en nuevos métodos o procesos. Ante la necesidad de mejora que tienen las organizaciones, el objetivo de este trabajo es proponer una estrategia que permita facilitar la captura de lecciones aprendidas y buenas prácticas en una empresa de desarrollo de software. Debido a la situación existente en la organización de estudio, se desarrolló e implementó una metodología que comprendiera identificar a expertos en los procesos organizativos; diseñar una estructura que facilite la captura de las lecciones aprendidas y buenas prácticas; e implementar la estructura diseñada en los empleados de la organización. It is aimed at solving the problems that need the application of knowledge to be resolved in the Camajuaní Municipality. It defines the importance and impact of a SLI on the life of the Territory and that it depends on various factors. It is recommended to extend this experience to all productive forms of the municipality, to train actors of the community context and to achieve of the government its role of counselor, coordinator and controller of the process of community intervention and sociocultural development. A proposal of institutional structure is made to strengthen the LIS.; El trabajo contiene una conceptualización de los SIL en diferentes áreas geográficas. Está dirigido a la solución de los problemas que necesitan la aplicación del conocimiento para resolverse en el Municipio Camajuaní. Define la importancia e impacto de un SIL sobre la vida del Territorio y que esta depende de variados factores. A pedagogical model of doctorate formation that includes that sistematically the methodological and theoretical formation and the investigative starting with the development of the investigative process for the thesis, that responds since the practical theoretical contribution of the science, of the pressing problems that are didanose in the practice.; La presente investigación pretende valorar el impacto académico-social para el desarrollo local que tiene en la actualidad el proceso de formación doctoral de los profesionales de diferentes ramas del saber, tanto en la provincia de Guantánamo, Cuba como en el Estado de Sonora, México. Se diseñó primeramente un estudio empírico en el que se aplicaron diferentes métodos y técnicas de investigación educativa en diferentes unidades muestrales (32 doctorantes de Ciencias Pedagógicas, profesores, tutores, oponentes, directivos y otros) y pudieron determinarse las regularidades que caracterizaron este proceso.
