Vida propia y espíritu universitario se entrelazan lúdica y estéticamente en los relatos, ensayos y poemas que integran este conjunto. El libro constituye una selección, realizada por el propio autor, de los distintos terrenos en que ha incursionado: la investigación académica, la docencia, la polémica, la creatividad, el humor. En todo ello se percibe un espíritu provocador que busca remover esquemas de sensibilidad y pensamiento.
