Description:	This document refers to the differents incomes that the municipalities in Mexico can get, the problem faced the more poor in order to meet their annual budgets, their possible causes and tips to achieve a better distribution of resources generated from the less important municipalities but that favor economically the capital of the State or to others who have own wealth , and with this avoid the impact of the reduction of the federal public expenditure announced by the SHCP for 2017, in similars terms at 2016. Este documento se refiere a los diversos ingresos que pueden obtener los Municipios en México, a la problemática que enfrentan los mas pobres para satisfacer sus presupuestos anuales, sus posibles causas y sugerencias para lograr una mejor distribución de los recursos que generan los municipios no importantes pero que benefician económicamente al que es la capital del Estado u otros que tienen riqueza propia, y con ello esquivar el impacto de la disminución del gasto público federal anunciada por la SHCP para 2017, en términos similares al 2016.
