dc.descriptionThrough documentary research, and deductive analysis, this paper analyzes the efficiency of the Mexican positive law in terms of rules on sanctions applicable to any ministers of worship and religious associations involved in politics. The findings demonstrate the lack of attention to this issue by the Federal Governments since 1992 to date. dc.descriptionPor medio de la investigación documental, y el análisis deductivo, en este escrito se analiza la eficiencia del Derecho Positivo Mexicano en cuanto a normas relativas a las sanciones aplicables a los ministro de culto y a las asociaciones religiosas que intervienen en política. Los hallazgos, evidencian la falta de atención a este problema por parte de los gobiernos federales desde 1992 a la fecha. Y en forma relevante se reitera el dato histórico de la limitación de la actuación de los sacerdotes en política como uno de los bastiones del Estado Laico en México.es-ES
