Description:	This article analyzes the constitutional legal configuration of the right to freedom of association of workers in the Cuban Constitution of 2019.Part of its constitutional recognition within the right of association, a trend inherited from the countries of the Socialist Block of the XXI Century, outlining criteria around its essential content as a fundamental right and the response, of its current regulation, to face other labor rights collectives recognized in the national legal system and the constitutional guarantees of their exercise. El presente artículo de reflexión analiza la configuración jurídico constitucional del derecho a la libertad sindical de los trabajadores en la Constitución cubana de 2019. Parte de su reconocimiento constitucional dentro del derecho de asociación, tendencia heredada de los países del Bloque Socialista del siglo XX, esbozando criterios en torno a su contenido esencial como derecho fundamental y la respuesta, de su regulación actual, para hacerle frente a otros derechos laborales colectivos reconocidos en la ordenación jurídica nacional y las garantías constitucionales de su ejercicio.
