Description:	The present research work has as an object to evaluate the performance of the Federal Resources of Branch 33, of the Municipalities of Río, Sonora of the 2018 fiscal year, based on the Budget based on the results and the Performance Evaluation System with the purpose of measuring the impact of the resources of Brach 33, destined to the different Municipalities of the Sonora River, analyzing that it is an effective, efficient and economical exercise, aligning with the National Development Plan in the fulfillment of the objectives and goals of the programs granted El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objeto evaluar el desempeño de los Recursos Federales del Ramo 33, de los Municipios del Río, Sonora del ejercicio 2018, en base al Presupuesto basado en Resultados y el Sistema de Evaluación del Desempeño con la finalidad de medir el impacto que tienen los recursos del Ramo 33, destinados a los diferentes Municipios del Río de Sonora, analizando que se hayan ejercido de forma eficaz, eficiente y económicamente, alineándose con el Plan Nacional de Desarrollo en el cumplimiento de objetivos y metas de los programas otorgados.
