Firstly, we did a bibliographical search, in everything that relates the work teams, their way of dissolving, the advantages and disadvantages. At the start of a new company, from the development of the business plan, we must bring together people who have experience in the areas that the organization wants to develop, and working as a team to make the best decisions for the new company. Using the descriptive methodology, likewise the explorative one and applying a series of surveys to collect information, analyzing the results in all the convenience of this way of working. A series of surveys were applied directly, taking into account a sample of the population, where we used the conventional statistical formula, and once the surveys were applied, we obtained information, which we analyzed and graphed to observe results, with which we developed the final conclusion of this research work, which in general gives us guidelines to develop within organizations of any kind, concentrations of work teams for the different projects that are carried out, and objectives are achieved with a comprehensive work. La presente investigación se realizó para comprobar la importancia que tiene empezar un estudio pre primario hasta al profesional de un individuo, al momento de interactuar con dos a más personas durante el desarrollo de actividades en conjunto y así poder llegar a resultados más satisfactorios. Primeramente se realizó una búsqueda bibliográfica respecto a todo lo que se relacione con los equipos de trabajo, su forma de desempeñarse, ventajas y desventajas. En el inicio de una nueva empresa, a partir del desarrollo del plan de negocios, se debe reunir a personas que tengan experiencia en los ámbitos donde la organización va a desarrollarse, y apoyándose en la labor de un equipo integral tomar las mejores decisiones. Se apoyó en la metodología descriptiva, así mismo en la exploratoria. Se aplicaron una serie de encuestas para recolección de información y se analizaron los resultados en todo lo concerniente de esta forma de trabajar. Las encuestas se aplicaron en forma directa, tomando en cuenta una muestra de la población, para lo cual se aplicó la fórmula estadística convencional. Ya aplicadas las encuestas, se obtuvo información; misma que fue analizada y plasmada de manera visual para observar los resultados. Los cuales se utilizaron para el desarrollo de la conclusión final. Dichos resultados, en forma general; nos dan la pauta para desarrollar dentro de las organizaciones de cualquier tipo, concentraciones de equipos de trabajo para los diferentes proyectos que se lleven a cabo, y se alcancen los objetivos propuestos mediante un trabajo integral. |
