Descripción :	In this paper we find a brief historical product of the decisions of arbitral tribunals that have been resolved in fifteen years of NAFTA (although he turned 23); which shows a good indicator: where we are going and how we're going in the country with respect to USA and Canada. En el presente trabajo encontraremos un breve recorrido histórico, producto de las decisiones de los tribunales arbitrales que han resuelto en 15 años de NAFTA (aunque ya cumplió 23 años); lo que nos muestra un buen indicador de: hacia dónde vamos y cómo vamos en el país con respecto a USA y Canadá.
