Building Pathology is practiced since buildings talk and this is studied thoroughly by construction experts, and it is even necessary for those buildings to stay under observation, after the adecuate treatment is given to the sick constructions, to identify if it was well understood what they were saying.
In the present article, a case in study is cited, where have known how to listen to the “Oftalmology building” of the General Hospital of the city of Hermosillo, Sonora when it was talking, was instrumental to save, not only this construction, but also the lives of those who inhabitated in it and the neighboring buildings. Es común ocultar grietas que aparecen en los inmuebles habitados por el ser humano, en “respuesta” a los asentamientos y movimientos que presentan los edificios y sus elementos, pero las respuestas más acertadas son las que se toman después de escuchar y escuchar de verdad, (sin fingir) lo que nos dicen los edificios. La patología de los edificios se realiza a partir de que estos hablan y se estudia detenidamente por expertos en edificaciones; aun así, es necesario que permanezcan en observación después que se le da el tratamiento adecuado al edificio enfermo, para así corroborar si se comprendió bien lo que este decía. En el presente artículo se cita un caso de estudio, donde haber sabido escuchar al “Edificio de Oftalmología” del Hospital General de la ciudad de Hermosillo, Sonora cuando hablaba, hubiese sido definitivo para salvar no sólo el inmueble, sino la vida de los que lo habitaban al igual que a los edificios contiguos a él. |
